Service Refunds

305‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee

The Wise Way offers a 305‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee on technology fees. If no changes appear on your credit report for 304 consecutive days, you will receive a full refund of all technology fee charges on day 305. Clients enrolled in the Ultimate Deletion Package will receive a 50% refund under the same conditions.

Product Returns (If Applicable)

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Downloadable software
Certain health and personal care items
Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
Intimate or sanitary products
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Do not send returns to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued for:

Books with visible signs of use
Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, video games, vinyl, etc.)
Items not in original condition or missing parts not caused by The Wise Way
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within standard processing timelines.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not posted:

Review your bank account.
Contact your credit card company.
Contact your bank regarding processing delays.

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item. To request an exchange, email info@thewiseway.net.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the gift giver received the item first and then provided it to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
